The Zoom Meeting Called to order by John K7LVJ at 7:00 PM.
REPORTS:
VICE PRESIDENT: Bob K7JNV will work with Chris KJ7ZFZ to renew our 501 c3 status.
SECRETARY REPORT: John K7LVJ substituted for Ric K7ITE – Minutes of December meeting were read and approved.
TREASURER REPORT: Loren KD7ZPJ – Ending balance $7,077.88 with $4,110.71 in the repeater fund. Loren will meet with Bob and Chris to transfer the Treasurer duties.

NEW BUSINESS
John and Bob discussed the new PayPal account on the website.
John K7LVJ made a proposal the change the dues to $20.00 per person and to budget 25% of the dues for the repeater fund. A motion to accept the dues proposal was passed by unanimous vote. We will rewrite the bylaws to reflect this new change.

excellent presentation on Summits on the Air.
