The Zoom Meeting Called to order by John K7LVJ at 7:00 PM. 24 participants were in attendance.
REPORTS:
VICE PRESIDENT: Bob Ramborger K7JNV – Programs
SECRETARY REPORT: Ric Merry K7ITE – Minutes of October meeting read and approved.
TREASURER REPORT: Loren Wohlgemuth KD7ZPJ – Ending balance $6,81088 with $2,013.96 in the Repeater Fund. PO Box was paid in advance for 1 year.
ARES REPORT: Mike KG7MYX – New radios purchased by DEM. Working on Digital HF at the DEM to include VARA
WEBSITE: Ric K7ITE. New listings on the Buy/Sell/Trade page. I’ve notified Anacortes and Mount Baker clubs of that page.
Elections: The membership approved John staying on as president until the Covid-19 issues have changed. Rob McPeak KG7HIZ was nominated and elected as Vice President. Chris Skeels KJ7FZF was nominated and elected as Treasurer
